Lumen started as a weekend script that answered questions over a single PDF. It worked embarrassingly well, so we pointed it at a Drive folder, then a Notion workspace, then a Slack backlog — and realized the problem was never finding documents. It was getting answers you can trust.
Today, 80+ use Lumen to interrogate their own knowledge: support teams answering tickets, legal teams checking clauses, founders remembering why decisions were made. Every answer carries its evidence with it.

No training on customer content, ever. Encryption by default, audit logs on every query, EU residency when you need it.
